Set 300 metres from the mighty Murray River, this award-winning home invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and immerse yourself in country living. Whether you're savouring a gourmet meal on the breezy veranda, unwinding in the outdoor bath under a canopy of stars, immersing yourself in the magnesium plunge pool or exploring the river, every moment here is designed for relaxation and connection.

Directions
Follow the Murray Valley Highway 21.3 km north from Echuca towards Kerang (approximately 17 minutes). Turn right onto Bails Rd then right again onto Fulham Rd. At the T intersection turn left onto Sexton Rd and the property is approximate 500 metres on your left.
Cancellation Policy
For cancelled reservations with greater than one month’s notice a full refund will be given. For cancelled reservations with less than one month’s notice but greater than 14 days full payment may be transferred to a future reservation or a $50 cancellation fee applies. For cancelled reservations with less than 14 days’ notice, an amount equivalent to your first night's tariff may be charged. A full amount cancellation fee will apply to cancellations made in the last week before the booking.
